When I first had the idea for this website several years ago, my vision was for it to be a place where survivors can share information, information about how to be a successful survivor. We have all heard that we need to make healthy lifestyle choices. How do we do that? We can share those ideas here. So I am crazy about exercise. What are you crazy about?
