So we woke up to snow today…that sure puts a damper on those plans to get out there and start walking. That’s okay. Pick another day this week. Write on your calendar the time for your walk. Build it into your day. Exercise is an important part of your care plan.
If you are feeling fatigued and not motivated to get up and out, remember that exercise helps to alleviate fatigue. It gets everything in your body flowing. It lifts your spirits.
Enjoy this beautiful snow today….It won’t last. Spring is really here. We just don’t know it yet.
